oN diet =(

sedang bdiet skang ni. bkn suke2 taw. TERPAKSA! utk lightweight women coxless four brat kne bwah 59. almak.. da kantoi brat lbey 59. mak kte sye mmg "brat tulang". jgn salah paham, bukan berat tulang yg pmalas ue. ni jisim tulang saya yg brat. hehe.. coach pun da nek pening dok pkir cmne x trun2 brat nyer ni. sori abang majai(coach rowing team kl)! mcm2 cara dah wat. berat dosa kut =)

bcinta btul nak trun kn brat ni. mkan kompem2 la kene catu. pressure beb.. membe laen ssdap mkn. saje je mlm2 wat megi. harum semerbak bilik ku ni. hai badan bg la kerjasama kat sya. xmoh ar men cak2. ari 2 da elok2 trun 59, xsmpai seari nek blik 2 KILO! mnanges jogging..tarik ergo machine 30 mnit..wat tali skipping 1000 seari. tingkyu kat suhairi sebab kasi pinjam tali skipping..dye da trun 8 kilo. ish..xleh jadi ni. sya pun nak gak! 

takut nak bdiet ni sbnar nyer. owg kate lau tsilap diet power leh mnurun. arap2 x la tjadi pd sya. gem sukma mgu dpan da stat. lau brat tlebih leh disqualified 1 team! sdey laaaaaaaaa............
